Do you know the feeling – you get hot, you start to sweat and have difficulty breathing? Many people know stressful states of anxiety. Triggers can be social situations, the full subway or scary thoughts. Often the tensing of the body is the first reaction “against” rising anxiety. However, this reaction blocks the body even more – and often the fear of fear sticks to you afterwards.
In sessions of the Grinberg method, you learn to be attentive to your physical reaction to anxiety and learn how to stop destructive routines. Through teamwork – with verbal guidance, touch and focus on breathing – you learn to increase your body attention. You learn a new way of dealing with fear and get the chance to use your energy fully!
